Who we are
Heritage Youth Bridge Alliance (HYBA) is a youth-led nonprofit organization that connects young people from diverse cultural backgrounds through art, music, and tradition.
Rooted in the spirit of “Heritage Flow, Youth Grow,” HYBA believes that heritage is not a relic of the past but a living flow — a source of creativity, empathy, and unity.
Through cross-cultural collaborations in music and visual art, blending instruments, colors, and traditions from East and West, we create spaces where youth meet, share, and co-create.
We also bring traditional arts into communities by offering free workshops and performance opportunities to children and teens who might otherwise have limited access to such learning.
Together, they learn that every culture carries a rhythm that speaks a shared human language of beauty, harmony, and hope.

Our Mission
Our mission is to bridge cultures through the shared language of art and heritage, empowering youth to explore their roots, celebrate diversity, and create together with empathy and imagination.
We aim to make traditional arts accessible to all, supporting young people in discovering and engaging with cultural practices from diverse communities, while creating opportunities for learning, collaboration, and creative exchange.
We envision a world where youth of all backgrounds grow as global citizens, grounded in their own cultural identities and open to the traditions, stories, and perspectives of others.
We believe that heritage is a living expression that can flow across cultures, generations, and borders, nurturing connection, respect, and creativity in an increasingly interconnected world.
